Internship Details

About Internship:

Work time: 2hours/day and 15 hours/week
Salary: negotiable
Experience: 1 to 20 years
Place: Remote Job

1. Good knowledge and handling of project and program management methodology and techniques;
2. Good understanding of the wider objectives of the program;
3. Ability to work positively with the wide range of individuals involved in program management;
4. Strong leadership and management skills;
5. Good knowledge of budgeting and resource allocation procedures; and
6. The ability to find innovative ways to resolve problems.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Daily program management throughout the program life cycle;
2. Defining the program governance (controls);
3. Planning the overall program and monitoring the progress;
4. Managing the program’s budget;
5. Managing risks and issues and taking corrective measurements;
6. Coordinating the projects and their interdependencies;
7. Managing and utilizing resources across projects;
8. Managing stakeholders’ communication;
9. Aligning the deliverables (outputs) to the program’s “outcome” with the aid of the business change manager; and
10. Managing the main program documentations such as the program initiation document.
