About Internship:

Implementing AI, ML, DL, and CHAT BOT integrated solutions in cloud based HRMS software application (B2B)
Highly proficient in Python, NLP
(1) Resume Parser (Advanced) Development: We have basic resume parser already (to parse/extract name, email ID, telephone number from the resume in real time). We want to further enhance Parser with skills, competencies, college name(s), date of birth, last company, expected CTC and project details etc. So that the parsed fields (70+) at high accuracy rate can be stored in database directly. Using keywords search / sorting the recruiter can filter out the right candidate(s) matching a job opening either manually or by automatic profile to job matching using AI/ML (i. E.., auto screening)
(2) Studying the social profile of a candidate over internet to study and analyze and store data about his/her social activities and trend wr. R.t. recruitment (as part of either selection / elimination Algo. of the match making process using AL/ML/DL tech.)
(3) Finally using the below mentioned approach to instantly identify the best fit (match making) candidates for a given job or among available job openings (with % of matching found with ranking)

Roles and Responsibilities:

Preference will be for final year students of UG/PG/PhD from premium colleges IIT/NIT/BITS/VIT/SRM/PES/ RV/PSG etc. can apply. Also working professionals who is pursuing PG Diploma in Data Science PG Diploma (AI/ML/DL) also can apply.
Computer Science background is a plus!
Earlier internship experience in HRMS (HR software/app) will be an added advantage (recruitment software application)
Nice to Have: Aadhaar DB restful API integration experience: Android SDK for mobile applications; Javascript SDK for web applications.

Get the parsed (extracted) fields output in CSV, HR-XML, MySql, MsSql, ODBC and HTTP Post formats.
In response envelop of web services SOAP, need to return XML to be used for display in GUI or storing directly into database.
Process the Resume Parsing input via Desktop Folder, or POP3/ IMAP email servers where the resume is attached and perform parsing task like a command shell or scheduled service (for volume parsing)
Resume file format: DOC/ DOCX / RTF / PDF / XML / HTML / TXT
Use cases for end-user (HR/Recruiter): Fetch, Store, Extract , Search-Match, Update and Analyze to identify the best fit candidate(s) for corporate / staffing company

A person's social data refers to the personal data that they publicly and voluntarily share either online or offline. A large amount of these data, including one's language, location and interest, is shared through social media and social network. Altogether, this information can construct a person's social profile. The same is used for hiring the best candidates for corporates.
Concepts applied: Social influence, core generation (1 to 100), twitter analytics, hashtag tracking, sentiment analysis (positive, negative, neutral), share of posts (original, retweets, replies), top active sites, location based data sharing, behavioral attributes etc.
Finally using the below mentioned approach to instantly identify the best fit (match making) candidates for a given job or among available job openings (with % of matching found with ranking);
Company specific Historical Data (parsed output from a resume, such as longevity in a company, culture fitment, demography data, employee exit pattern, active/passive job seeking pattern etc.
Fitment based on Skills, Competencies and educational qualifications (parsed output from a resume and e-form filled by a candidate)
Candidate's Social Profile data
